The process

How renting works

No online checkout, no guesswork — just a conversation with the person who'll be servicing the horn.

  1. Call or come in

Tell us the instrument and who's playing it — a first-year beginner, a returning student, or an adult picking it back up.

  2. Get fitted to the right horn

We go over the current rental and lease options in person, so you leave with the setup that fits the player and the school year.

  3. Take it home and play

If anything goes wrong, walk it back in — you're a few miles away, not shipping it to a warehouse.

Who it's for

Who rents from us

Whatever stage the player is at, the rental and lease program is built around fitting the right instrument to them.

School band students

Signed up for band and need the instrument the director assigned — brass, woodwind or percussion.

First-year beginners

New to an instrument and not ready to commit to buying before knowing it's the right fit.

Adults picking it back up

Played years ago and want to get back into it without buying a horn outright.

Local vs. online

Why rent locally

A rental is only as good as who's standing behind it when something needs attention.

Serviced in-house

The rental fleet is maintained by the same full-service repair bench that handles customer repairs — not a third-party depot.

A real person, five minutes away

No shipping a horn back to a warehouse mid-semester. Walk in during shop hours and it gets looked at.

“The owner is great! He has encouraged my daughter every single time we have been in there. We rented a sax and had a small issue with it, took it in and in 5 minutes he had it fixed with a smile!”
